Light of Christ Services

Light of Christ:  On The weekend of December 14th and 15th, The Rev. Kendall Koenig and the Rev. Sharon Rogers continue the sermon series "On Earth As It Is In Heaven".  The title of this weekend sermon "Restoration" with the Bible passage from Isaiah 35: 1-10 and Matthew 11-2-11.  Come and worship at Light of Christ, 100 Hanson Rd., Algonquin with blended worship services on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. and Sundays at 9:00 a.m. and a contemporary service at 10:30 a.m.  Everyone is welcome to attend Pastor's Bible class which meets on Wednesdays starting at 9:00 a.m.

Saturday December 14th starting at 7:00 a.m. the men will be meeting for their breakfast with the topic "A new perspective on the story of Joseph and Mary".  This is a great opportunity to get to know other Christian men and fellowship.

The children's Christmas Musical "Christmas Hang-ups" will be at the 5:00 p.m. Saturday Service on December 14th and on Sunday, December 15th at 4:00 p.m.

For some the Christmas season is not so happy for a variety of reasons; therefore, you are invited to "Blue Christmas" Monday, December 16th at 7:00 p.m.  This is a way to move from feeling blue to experiencing the hope of Christmas.
