Light of Christ Services

Light of Christ:  On the weekend of November 30 and December 1, The Rev Kendall Koenig and The Rev. Sharon Rogers start a new sermon series "On Earth As It Is In Heaven".  The title of this weekend sermon "Peace" with the Bible passage from Isaiah 2:1-5 and Matthew 24:36-44.  Come and worship at Light of Christ, 100 Hanson Rd., Algonquin with blended worship services On Saturday at 5:00 p.m. and Sunday at 9:00 a.m. and a contemporary service at 10:30 a.m.  Everyone is welcome to attend Pastor's Bible class on Wednesdays starting at 9:00 a.m.

This week the Angel Tree tags will be available for taking from the Christmas Tree.  This is a good opportunity to help support local families with a variety of gifts, food and gift cards.  The items should be returned to the church unwrapped by December 8th.

LOC is still collecting aluminum cans for Turning Point.  Receptacles are in the back of the parking lot and in the kitchen.  Your help is greatly appreciated.
