This traditional hatha yoga class is designed for the student who would like to reduce stress, improve flexibility, strength, and overall health. All poses can be modified to accommodate both beginners and advanced students. The class will focus on standing postures flowing into floor work and ending with 10 minutes of guided relaxation. Please bring your own mat and water to each class.
