Community Mobile Food Pantry

The Lake in the Hills Rotary Club is hosting a Community Mobile Food Pantry.  ANYONE who is in need is encouraged to take advantage of this event.

Included in this month's event:
Centegra Health System will provide FREE Diabetes screenings and Blood Pressure Screenings.

Meridian Representative will be on site helping visitors learn more about programs for those on Medicare and Medicaid.
