Warmer, Drier Weather This Weekend for Algonquin, Lake in the Hills

Algonquin and Lake in the Hills should see temperatures in the 60s and 70s this weekend.

Who is ready for some spring weather this weekend? 

Algonquin and Lake in the Hills might just be in luck. Temperatures should be in the 60s Friday and Saturday and could reach a high of 70 degrees on Sunday with plenty of sunshine expected. 

And after several weeks of rain and gloomy weather, there is no precipitation in the forecast this weekend for Algonquin and Lake in the Hills. This is likely a welcome change for many as this past April went down in the record books as the rainiest in 143 years.

  • Friday: During the day, mostly sunny skies and a high of 63 degrees. Breeze with south winds from 10 to 20 mph and wind gusts as high as 30 mph. At night, a low around 42 degrees. 
  • Saturday: During the day, mostly sunny skies and high near 65. South winds from 5 to 10 mph. At night, a low around 43. 
  • Sunday: During the day, mostly sunny skies with a a high near 70 degrees. At night, a low around 49 degrees.
