Patch Flash: Video Shows Flagrant Red Light Runners on Rand Road

Ever wish police would catch the motorist that just ran a red light? Since the red light cameras have been active at Golf and Rand roads, more than 7,700 tickets have been distributed in Des Plaines. The Des Plaines Patch features   "Some of these are kind of a shocker," said Deputy Chief Angela Burton.

, Friday morning. Police charged Dennis D. Dodson Jr., 34, without a last known address, with one count of aggravated criminal sexual assault, a Class X felony. He is scheduled to be in court Monday at the Bridgeview Courthouse for a bond hearing.

“We are in the time and environment where people are open to seeing sustainability and we should jump on that,” said Stephen Bell, director of the Green Economy Center at CLC.
