LITH Teen To Appear in Court on Child Porn Charges
Joesph J. Szkowny-Biegel is charged with two counts of aggravated child pornography/possessing film/photo and two counts of child pornography/possessing film/photo.
An 18-year-old Lake in the Hills teen accused in a child pornography case is expected back in court next week.
Joesph J. Szkowny-Biegel, 3 Rochelle Court, is charged with two counts of aggravated child pornography/possessing film/photo and two counts of child pornography/possessing film/photo.
He is expected to appear for a preliminary hearing at 9 a.m. Wednesday.

Lake in the Hills Police arrested Szkowny-Biegel during the early morning hours of Feb. 24 following an investigation by LITH police, Huntley Police Department and members of the Illinois Attorney General's office, according to a news release.
A search of the home, according to the press release, turned up pornography. The release also states that "none of the children depicted in the pornography were known to Szykowny-Biegel."
