ComEd Gets Low Rank in Customer Survey

ComEd ranked 112 out of 124 utility companies in a national customer satisfaction survey, according to a Chicago Sun-Times article.

ComEd ranked next-to-last in a J.D. Power and Associates survey of Midwest utility companies, according to the article.

J.D. Hazen, senior director for J.D. Power and Associates, told the Chicago Sun-Times ComEd has gotten low ranks over the past three years and said that a key to the ratings has to do with communications over power outages.
