Autopsy Scheduled for Man Found Dead Near Fox
Algonquin resident Michael Cherbak was found dead early Sunday morning near an overturned boat in Barrington Hills.
The autopsy for Algonquin resident Michael Cherbak, 45, who died in a boating accident early Sunday morning, is scheduled for today, according to an article in the Daily Herald.
According to a press release from the Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Fire Protection District, crews arrived at 10350 N. River Road at 4:20 a.m. and found Cherbak lying 10 feet from a 21-foot Cutty Cabin boat.
The Daily Herald article stated that Illinois Department of Conservation Police Sgt. Brett Scroggins said that the boat most likely flipped after hitting a pier while traveling along the river.
