Lake in the Hills Pilot Association Special Guest

The LITH Pilots' Association Meeting will have guest speaker Don Kent of the local Flight for Life team.

This week is another Lake in the Hills Pilots' Assocation Meeting. We are having a very special guest this month who is Don Kent of the Flight for Life Team. Don is going to be giving a presentation on the aircraft as well as explaining some of the procedures that a pilot has to go through when flying for Flight for Life. Afterwards he will be taking questions.

The event is open to the public but we request that you RSVP by 2 pm on Thursday so that we have enough seating. To RSVP please email me at danwatson84@gmail.com. The meeting is Thursday, November 17th at 6:30 pm at the LITH airport in the Blue Skies Training Facility.

Additionally, it is starting to get cold out. If you are interested in taking flight lessons please stop by the Blue Skies Pilot Shop to find out more. They are located in the green roofed building at the airport.

The airport has also been very busy as most of the construction has ended for the time being. If you get a chance or need a place to relax while you eat lunch, stop by the airport and enjoy the relaxing setting with the soft sounds of the airplane engine.
