The S.A.F.E (Supporting Athletes and Families thru Education) Community Workshops are unique programs that has been developed through years of researching, aggregating and presenting evidence-based content.  Through healthcare professional instructors, we can provide critical education in concussion, athletic injury prevention, dehydration and sports nutrition.

The goal is to improve the public health, specifically the youth athlete by providing education that help our kids heal faster, prevent future injuries, and maximize sports performance.  Medical professionals are not always around, therefore, we want to train your staff and parents to feel more comfortable when they are the go-to decision maker.

Although concussion is the most popular topic, we can provide one or all of our four modules.  Programs may last from 20 to 45 minutes and can be tailored to fit your needs.   Many organizations are making this mandatory for their coaching staff, and many are opening it up to parents and their kids so all stakeholders are learning the same essential information.

To schedule a workshop for your organization call 847-854-2000.
