Summer Cruise Night Tonight
The event, sponsored by the Algonquin-LITH Chamber of Commerce, starts at 5:30 p.m. in the parking lot by Sonic Drive-In.
The Algonquin/Lake in the Hills Chamber of Commerce is hosting its second cruise nights once again this summer and all are welcome to attend the free event. The event will take place in the parking lot across from Sonic Drive-In, off Randall Road.
Starting at 5:30 p.m., the event will feature some of the hottest rides in the area and many local businesses. There will be a live disc jockey playing golden oldies music, giveaways, and fun for all ages. Anyone who brings one nonperishable food item for the local food pantry will receive a complementary “ice-cold treat” from Sonic Drive-In.
