Lake in the Hills Considering New Tenants for Horse Stable

Lake in the Hills Village is considering new tenants for the village-owned horse stables on Pyott Road.

The village of Lake in the Hills has received three proposals from people/ companies interested in taking the reigns of the village-owned horse stable at 1109 Pyott Rd., the Northwest Herald reports.

Jennifer Valenti, manager of Dynasty Farms, has been unable to get her business up and running at the facility and plans to pull out of her lease agreement by December.

Two of the proposals submitted are from people wanting to continue running the horse farm as a boarding stable. The third is from the Mini Zoo Crew of Hampshire, looking to run a petting zoo and pony ride business. The village is aiming to have a new lease agreement with a new tenant ready for Village Board review next month, the Herald story states.
