D.B. Hess to Close Woodstock Plant, Leave 130 Without Jobs

The plant at 1530 McConnell Road in Woodstock will close on Friday.

D.B. Hess, a printer of educational and commercial materials, is expected to cease production this Friday, leaving 130 people without jobs, according to the Northwest Herald. 

The article reported BTPO Hess Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Woodstock's D.B. Hess, filed for bankruptcy in Mayand had planned a sale to a Minnesota printing company. It's unclear if that sale ever occurred, according to the Northwest Herald.
