Crystal Lake Goodwill to Open in March; Job Fair Held on Feb. 27

Goodwill Industries will be hosting a job fair from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Feb. 27 at the D’Andrea Conference Center located at 4419 Northwest Highway in Crystal Lake to help staff a brand new Crystal Lake store scheduled to open in March. 

Goodwill will be interviewing applicants during the job fair. Available positions are Sales Associate, Textile Processor, Wares Processor, and Donation Attendant.  

Up to 42 positions are intended to be filled for the new store. The 17,031-square-foot store will be located at 1016 Central Park Blvd., which is near the Crystal Lake Walmart and the busy intersection of Route 31 and Rakow Road. 

Applicants must be at least 16 years old and available to work on weekends and nights.  Current openings are all part-time with a schedule of up to 28 hours per week.  Goodwill Industries of Northern Illinois is a drug free workplace, and requires a successful pre-employment drug screening.
