Panera Bread plans to celebrate the addition of a drive-thru to the Algonquin bakery-café, 451 S. Randall Road, with free giveaways for drive-thru guests this week.
Starting at 6 a.m. on Wednesday, the first 30 drive-thru customers will receive a certificate for a free loaf of bread every month for a year. Only one certificate per car is available.

“Adding a drive thru will add a new dynamic of convenience for both existing and new customers," said Mike Hamra, President & CEO of Hamra Enterprises. Our current bakery-cafe has been embraced by many residents and businesses since 2001, and we look forward to sharing more of the Panera warmth in Algonquin.”
