Algonquin Commons' Outdoor Concert Series Starts Sunday

Johnny Russler & The Beach Bum Band will kick off the free "Sunday Nights Live" concert series this Sunday.

Algonquin Commons will kick off its third annual “Sunday Nights Live” on Sunday, July 10, offering free concerts every week throughout July from 5–7 p.m.

In addition to family-friendly entertainment, the lifestyle center will feature children’s activities, food vendors and prize giveaways every Sunday from 4–7 p.m.

July 10 - Johnny Russler & The Beach Bum Band

A Caribbean, rock, reggae and calypso group, The Beach Bum Band has played for the Jimmy Buffet tour and has performed on stage with Jimmy Buffet himself.

 

July 17 - SODA

This local band plays a diverse set of music, covering everything from classic rock to today’s top hits.

  

July 24 - Small Time Dave & The Windy City Groove

Small Time Dave & The Windy City Groove is well known throughout Chicagoland for their covers of the hits from the ‘60s and ‘70s. The band plays a mix of classic rock, motown, swing and various party favorites.

 

July 31 - 7th Heaven

7th Heaven is famous for performing covers of Def Lepard, The Beatles, Bon Jovi and Journey and known for playing 30 songs in 30 minutes.
