There are several Easter-related events planned for Lake in the Hills, Crystal Lake, Algonquin and throughout the area over this weekend.

FAMILY BEST BETS OF THE WEEK

Where/When: , 5200 Miller Road, Lake in the Hills. Saturday, April 16 at 8 a.m.

Why go: Have fun at the egg hunt, then stay for the raffle prizes to be given away after the eggs are collected.

Why go: An outdoor hunt with over 10,000 eggs for the little ones to find.  

Pricing: Free, no registration required.

 



Where/When: , 2208 3 Oaks Road, Cary. Saturday, April 16 from 9 a.m to 12 p.m.

Why go: Done with collecting eggs? Why not volunteer to beautify the city during Cary Pride Day. Residents can volunteer to help with several projects around the city.

Where/When: Your local library, April 10 – 16.

Why go: Each local library has its own schedule of events to celebrate National Library Week – contact your local library for more details or to find out what they have planned.
