On Thursday, June 30, Die Musikmeisters performed for the Algonquin Summer Concert Series at Riverfront Park.

Their music showcased German polkas, marches, and waltzes. They even performed a few pieces on Austrian cowbells. The lively performance drew spectators in to dance to the music, children especially.

Concerts are held weekly at 7:30 p.m. Thursdays at Riverfront Park. The free concerts are a way to enjoy the scenic Fox River with friends and family, even with a picnic dinner.

Parking is available on and around North Harrison Street. Riverfront Park is located just north of Port Edward Restaurant.
