Photographer Overcomes Life Tragedy, Showcases Work at Art on the Fox

David Farber, who was left paralyzed from his neck down, will exhibit his photos from his recent trip to Africa at the weekend's event.

Algonquin’s Art on the Fox this weekend will showcase the work of 40 area artists, including the work of a Carpentersville photographer who suffers from triplegia, according to an article in the Northwest Herald.

David Farber, who was in a motorcycle accident 30 years ago that left him paralyzed from his neck down, will exhibit his photos from his recent trip to Africa at the weekend's event.

With partial use of his right arm, he is still able to take photos through the use of a specially designed utility frame.
