Pet of the Week: Angel

Hello,

My Name is Angel. I am a very petite, green-eyed cat with a beautiful black coat.

I am currently living with five dogs, six cats/kittens and young children, but I really would prefer to be your only princess, where I can get all the attention I want and deserve.

I can't wait to greet you in the morning by stretching my front legs out and then flipping on my back for belly rubs. I love having a cat tree/scratching post–nothing like a morning scratch to start the day! I also like being brushed, and I am so excited thinking about sleeping next to you on your pillow at night.

I tolerate the kids in my foster home, but think I'd prefer to live with older kids–maybe a nice teenager to have to myself. I am very playful and sweet, and can't wait to have a home of my very own.

Won't you please take me home and love me forever? I promise to love you back!

Angel can be seen at the Petsmart store in McHenry. Adoption hours are Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.; arrangements can be made to meet and possibly adopt her during the week by calling (815) 385-0005.

Angel's adoption fee is $50–all cats and kittens have been spayed/neutered, microchipped, tested negative for FIV/Feline Leukemia, dewormed, are up to date on shots and raised in loving foster homes. AOHS has a lifetime return policy for every cat adopted through the agency.
