Old Time Country Harvest Fest This Saturday

Activities will include a pumpkin decorating contest and a sidewalk costume parade for kids.

The Downtown Algonquin Partnership merchant association is holding its annual Old Time Country Harvest Fest from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 8.

The event will take place in the municipal parking lot one block east of Route 31, on South Harrison Street.

Harvest Day activities will include free games for kids, a pumpkin decorating contest, farmers market, craft fair and sidewalk costume parade for kids starting at noon.
