Love was definitely in the air in Lake in the Hills this past week.

The Lake in the Hills Parks and Recreation Department hosted a Daddy Daughter Date Night Friday and more than 30 daughters and dads danced the night away. And on Monday, the Goddard School celebrated by decorating and passing out valentines and treats.

Viewfinder photographer Danielle Mains was there to capture the moments as area residents celebrated Valentine's Day.
