LITH Muslim Community Hosts Events for Ramadan
An Iftar/Dinner will be held at Village Hall on Sunday night.
Dr. Fazal Khan, president of the Lake in the Hills-based American Muslim Community Organization, spoke to the Northwest Herald this week about Ramadan, which started Aug. 1 and continues through Aug. 30.
There are an estimated 300 Muslims in McHenry County.
The American Muslim Community Organization will host an Iftar/Dinner at in Lake in the Hills at 7:56 p.m. Aug. 14.
