Northwestern Grayslake Expansion Awarded for Environmental Design

The expansion project at Northwestern Grayslake has been officially certified for its environmentally friendly design...Grayslake Phase III, a 3-story, 90,000-square-foot addition to the existing outpatient facility, was awarded Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver status by the U.S. Green Building Council.

I love both national food and unusual holidays because they add a fun element to creating food...January 20th has a lot going on since it’s Martin Luther King Day and our Presidential Inauguration Day. In the food and bizarre holiday realm it’s National Buttercrunch, National Granola, National Penguin Awareness, and National Cheese Lovers Days. All at once.
