Algonquin on "Yellow" Water Status

Effective Monday, July 1, the Algonquin began the "yellow" water status, according to the village website.

Yellow status means even/odd days for watering landscaping before 9 a.m. and after 6 p.m. Even addresses may water on even calendar days, and odd addresses may water on odd calendar days, before 9 a.m. and after 6 p.m.

All water classifications (green, yellow, orange, and red) prohibit watering the lawn or landscaping between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
