Algonquin Library Asks Cardholders to Participate in Survey

The is looking to the future and needs cardholder participation in decisions that will benefit the entire community. We are working hard to develop long range plans that will serve the changing needs of our residents and increase outreach.

The planning committee has already completed a community wide telephone survey by Northern Illinois University. We also invited local stakeholders to communicate their expectations of how the library can better serve the Algonquin and Lake in the Hills communities.

The survey takes a few minutes and will be anonymous.  Please visit the library between November 3 – 16 at the main library on 2600 Harnish Drive or the branch location on 115 Eastgate Drive.  Questions will cover customer satisfaction, communication, extended hours, and new and expanded service ideas. As an added incentive, cardholders who take the survey may enter a drawing for a $25 Target gift card!
