A Lot’s Changed in 100 Years!
Did you know that as of November 2011 Girl Scouts has an entirely new program portfolio and that all old badges and books have been discontinued? Gone are the days of the 2-hour badge workshop. Is your organization on board with the Girl Scout Journeys and the Girl’s Guide to Girl Scouting? You’re invited to join Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois “Preferred Partner Lunch ‘n Learn” where you’ll receive training from GSNI’s program staff on the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE), how to switch over your Girl Scout program offerings to align with the National Program Portfolio, and get an opportunity to look through all of the new Journey and badge books plus network with other organizations. Whether your currently offering Girl Scout programming, are interested in offering programs or just want to share your skills with girls in the future this training is a must!
