Do you provide support or assistance to a family member or friend who has MS? Do you sometimes feel like you don't know what to do or how to help? Are you concerned about how to manage if something else changes? If so, then join us for a FREE 5 session workshop. Each session is 2 hours in length and is led by a trained facilitator. Through the program, participants learn skills and strategies to meet the challenges of MS.
