 tial arts academy whose emphasis was on developing my self-confidence th
 at helped me to survive the challenges I faced back then. Even before I 
 achieved my Brown Belt\, I wanted to have my own Academy and help kids j
 ust like me.&rdquo\;&nbsp\; Rick met his wife Christine\, who was a McHe
 nry County Sherriff&rsquo\;s Deputy for 11 years\, through the martial a
 rt called Kyuki-Do\, and together they have made it a priority to educat
 e their communities in Stranger Safety\, Bully Prevention\, and the impo
 rtance of Leadership &amp\; Character Skills.\nWith more and more childr
 en taking weapons to school because they feel it is the only way to prot
 ect themself or missing school in fear of bullies\, bullying is at an al
 l-time high! The Bjorkquist&rsquo\;s\, through their combined total of o
 ver 50 years in the martial arts\, are providing a full day day-camp to 
 prepare your children with tools to deal with bullying that actually wor
 k! Not only will your family learn hands on Self-Defense Skills against 
 grabs\, pushes\, etc.\, this revolutionary day-camp will teach your kids
 &nbsp\;HOW&nbsp\;to stay calm in front of the bully\,&nbsp\;WHAT&nbsp\;t
 o say to the bully\,WHO&nbsp\;to interact with\, and&nbsp\;WHEN&nbsp\;to
  respond.&nbsp\;YOUR children\, OUR youth &amp\; teens will learn how to
  remain calm\, utilize &ldquo\;word blocks&rdquo\; to deflect verbal att
 acks\, and redirect it away from themselves.\nEveryone is invited to the
 ir&nbsp\;Back To School Bully Buster Bootcamp&nbsp\;is on Thursday\, Aug
 ust 2nd&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.You do not need to b
 e a member of the Academy to attend. There is a &nbsp\;$5 Fee to attend 
 if your child brings a buddy (buddies are $5 as well) or $25 if they com
