Susan McDonnell, a native of Algonquin, has joined Forensic Fluids Laboratories (FFL) as Director of Therapeutic Sales. In this role, she will lead sales and customer service for FFL’s medication monitoring market.

Based in Kalamazoo, Mich., Forensic Fluids Laboratories is the leader in oral fluid drug testing which analyzes a person’s saliva for the presence of illegal, prescription, or designer drugs. Oral fluid drug testing is a simple, quick, and easily observed drug test that correlates to a blood test and allows for detection of more than 120 different compounds.

McDonnell previously served as Vice President of Sales for PinpointMD (Chicago), which provides communication platforms for diagnostic testing systems. Her career also included roles at Home Access Health Corp. and 11 years at Quest Diagnostics, both in the greater Chicago area. She studied biology at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb.
