Williams-Sonoma to Close at the Algonquin Commons

Area fans of Williams-Sonoma have a week left to shop at the store at the Algonquin Commons.
The store, which specializes in gourmet food and specialty cookware, will shut its doors on Sunday, Jan. 27 at its Algonquin Commons location at 1952 South Randall Road, according to a sign posted on the business's door.
Once it closes, the closest Williams-Sonoma stores for local residents will be at the Deer Park Town Center, 20530 N. Rand Road in Deer Park and the Geneva Commons, 322 Commons Drive in Geneva.

Yvonne P, Some of their stuff is on sale (25-40% off), but I was told that the remaining merchandise would just be shipped to other stores since the whole company isn't going under.
Deer Park and/or Geneva Commons aren't exactly close. I guess I'll be shopping at Sur la Table instead. So sad.
