Crystal Lake Man Accused of Having Cocaine Near School
Jimmy M. Martinez, 24, was arrested Monday and charged with multiple drug charges, the Northwest Herald reports.
A Crystal Lake man already on parole was arrested Monday afternoon when he was found in possession of cocaine near a school, the Northwest Herald reports.
Jimmy M. Martinez, 24, 1534 Briarwood Circle, was arrested Jan. 7, and charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver within 1,000 feet of a school, the Herald reports. He was also charged with possession of marijuana and obstructing service of process, the article states.
As of Tuesday, Martinez was in custody at the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock, where his bond was set at $150,000. He must post 10 percent to be released, the Herald reports.
