Former Algonquin Man Sentenced to 24 Years for Sexual Assault
Raymond M. Kasper was sentenced on Thursday, according to the Northwest Herald.
Raymond M. Kasper, 49, formerly of Algonquin was sentenced to 24 years in prison Thursday for sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl, according to the Northwest Herald.
A jury found Kasper guilty of three counts of predatory criminal sexual assault and three counts of criminal sexual abuse, according to the NW Herald.
