First-Ever Disc Golf Tournament This Weekend in LITH

The tournament will be held on Saturday at the new disc golf course at LInda K. Fischer Park in Lake in the Hills.

The village of Lake in the Hills will host its first-ever disc golf tournament this weekend at its new disc golf course at Linda K. Fischer Park, 5962 Grafton Farm Drive in LITH. 

This one day tournament will be played in twosomes this Saturday, and will be ‘best shot’. There will be two divisions in this non-PDGA sanctioned event, according to the village of Lake in the Hills press release. 

The tournament will play three rounds of nine holes, according to the news release.

Trophies and prizes will be awarded to the top two team finishers in the amateur division, according to the village of LITH. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top two finishers in the pro division.

Fees are per team. Registration and check-in start at 8 a.m., there will be a player's meeting at 8:45 a.m., and a shotgun start at 9 a.m.
