District 158 Teachers Union Rejects Tentative Contract
Negotiation process scheduled to continue.
Consolidated School District 158 teachers rejected a tentative contract this week, leaving the district and Huntley Education Association to go back to the negotiation process, according to a district release.
The negotiating teams tentatively agreed on a contract on Sept. 5 and union members voted on the contract Monday, rejecting the contract agreement, the district stated.
No details about the tentative contract were released.
