Blotter: Intent to Deliver Arrest; Battery Reports at Moretti's

The Lake in the Hills Police Department reports for Feb. 1 through Feb. 5.

 

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol

Police pulled over a 40-year-old Elgin man at the intersection of Randall and Miller roads at 7:08 p.m. Saturday for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with breath alcohol over .08, no valid Illinois license, expired registration and driving without insurance. He was later released on bond. 

Battery

Police responded to Moretti's Ristorante & Pizzeria at 3:37 a.m. Saturday and arrested a 24-year-old Carpentersville woman on a battery charge. She was later released on bond. 

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Police arrested an 18-year-old man at Frank Road and Willow View Drive at 2 a.m. Thursday for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with no registration light. He was later released on bond. 

Home Burglary

Police responded to the 5300 block of Lansbury Circle at 8:36 p.m. Thursday for a report of a residential burglary. The report is under investigation. 

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol

Police arrested a 24-year-old Woodstock woman at Crystal Lake Road and Algonquin Road around 3:36 a.m. Friday for driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. She was later released on bond. They also arrested a 28-year-old Melrose Park man on a warrant out of Arlington Heights for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was later released on bond. 

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol

Police arrested a 24-year-old Lake in the Hills man in the first block of Hazelwood Court at 5:47 a.m. Friday for driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. He was later released on bond. 

Battery

Police responded to Moretti's at 3:37 a.m. Friday for a battery reported between two females. The Lake in the Hills Police Department is investigating the battery.  

Theft

Police responded to the 800 block of Menominee Drive around 8:53 p.m. Friday for a a report of money that was stolen from a home. 

Unlawful Possession With Intent to Deliver

Police arrested an 18-year-old Elgin man at Evergreen Landscape Association, 3219 W. Algonquin Road, at 11:21 p.m. Sunday for unlawful possession with intent to deliver, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of marijuana, speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. The man was later released on bond. 

Injury Accident

Police responded to Randall and Miller roads at 4:46 p.m. Sunday for a two-vehicle accident. A 31-year-old man who reported having neck pain following the accident was taken to Sherman Hospital.
