Lake in the Hills Blotter
Police were called to the 2800 block of Brisbane Drive in Lake in the Hills at 2:44 p.m. May 23 to assist the fire department with a gas leak. The incident was turned over to Nicor Gas.
Possession of Marijuana, Driving Under the Influence
Police arrested Jonathan Rodriguez, 26, at 11:53 p.m. May 23 at Mobil on the Run, 101 Pyott Road, on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use, no insurance and possession of marijuana. Rodriguez, of Chicago, was released on bond.
Police arrested John K. Gorman, 47, at 3:14 p.m. May 23 on charges of domestic battery and domestic battery of an assaulting and provoking nature in the 280 block of Bridlewood Circle in Lake in the Hills. Gorman, of 281 Bridlewood Circle, was turned over to the McHenry County Jail. Police also arrested a 16-year-old Lake in the Hills boy and a 15-year-old Lake in the Hills boy — both on charges of domestic battery and domestic battery of an insulting and provoking nature. Both teens were released to a parent.
Driving While License Suspended
Police arrested Brittany N. Feather, 21, at 12:46 a.m. May 24 on charges of driving while license suspended and speeding at Lakewood and Ackman roads in Lake in the Hills. She later was released on bond.
Police arrested a 15-year-old Lake in the Hills boy on a domestic battery charge in the 5500 block of Windgate Way. He later was released to a parent.
Police arrested Blake S. Meadows, 23, at 8:52 p.m. May 25 at Illinois State Bank, 1301 Pyott Road, Lake in the Hills, on a Kane County warrant for contempt of court. Meadows, of 1022 McPhee Drive, Lake in the Hills, was released on bond.

Criminal Defacement of Property
Police arrested Paige N. Jacobs, 20, on a charge of criminal defacement of property at the Algonquin Police Department, 2200 Harnish Drive, Algonquin, at 6:13 p.m. May 21. Jacobs, of 521 N. Main St., Algonquin, was released on a notice to appear and is expected in court on June 27 in Algonquin.
Driving While License Suspended
Police arrested Anthony J. Krieger, 20, on a charge of driving while license suspended at Harrison Street and Route 62 in Algonquin at 7:02 p.m. May 21. Krieger, of 35W315 Country School Road, West Dundee, was released after posting $150 and is expected in court on June 27 in McHenry County.
Criminal Damage to Property
Police arrested Donald Peryer, 21, at 8:19 p.m. May 21 on charges of criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct and expired driver's license at Algonquin Road and Square Barn Road. Peryer, of 2001 Brittany Bend, Lake in the Hills, was released after posting $150. He is expected in court on June 27 in McHenry County.
Resisting a Police Officer
Police arrested Jeremy D. Gatenby, 36, at 11:04 p.m. May 23 on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting a police officer at his home at 502 Ridge St., Algonquin. Gatenby was taken to McHenry County Jail and was unable to post bond.
Police arrested Nicholas J. Onofrio, 19, at 1:32 a.m. May 25 on charges of driving under the influence, and failure to drive on the right side of the roadway at his home at 1601 Southridge Trail, Algonquin. He was released after posting $300 and is expected in court on July 11 in McHenry County.
