Fire officials responded last weekend to a fire at an Algonquin barn at 19N401 S. Randall Road, Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Fire Department officials told Patch.

The fire was reported at 10:45 p.m. on June 2 on the vacant property, according to the NW Herald. 

Firefighters allowed the blaze to burn through the night since the "building was vacant," according to the article.

Fire officials told the Northwest Herald they believed someone set the fire and that a similar blaze was reported seven months ago at the same property.
