D300 is a joke! There are classes at the high schools with 38,39,40,41 Students! The admin want to be big time like 211 or 214, but the admin lacks the talent, community support of education, and resources to do so. They'll probably just add another layer of 80K a year admin to fix the problem. Thought Bregy would b a breath of fresh air, but he's been more of the old news nonsense we've come to expect from these clowns.
