Algonquin Police: Forgery, DUI, Cannabis Arrests

Stolen Credit Card
A 16-year-old from Carpentersville is charged with forgery, unlawful use of a credit card and unlawful possession of a credit card, police said. The teen was taken into custody at the Algonquin Police Department on March 8. She was referred to the Tri County Area Peer Jury and released into the custody of her mother.
Lisa J. Miller, 41, of 1615 Riverwood Drive, Algonquin, was charged with driving under the influence, driving too fast for conditions and leaving the roadway on March 9, according to police. She was taken into custody in the 400 block of Old Oak Circle. Miller was released after posting $100 and her Illinois Driver’s License with a court date of April 17 in McHenry County.
Marijuana Possession, Intent to Deliver
Joseph M. Ladick, 20, of 8 White Chapel Court, Algonquin, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis with the intent to deliver, unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia on March 10, police said. He was taken into custody at Randall Road and Stonegate Road.
