Algonquin Police Blotter: Possession of Marijuana; DUI

The police department's reports for May 27-29.

 

May 27, 2011

  • Peter J. Biancalana, 19, of the 500 block of McHenry Avenue, Woodstock, was charged with driving while license suspended, suspended registration, no proof of insurance and possession of marijuana. He was arrested at the 100 block of South Main Street. He was released after posting $150, with a court date of July 6, in McHenry County.
  • Margaret N. Milazzo, 29, of the 800 block of Village Road, Crystal Lake, was charged with disorderly conduct. She was arrested at Georgia’s Pancake House, 1470 S. Randall Road. She was released on a notice to appear in court date on June 29 in Algonquin.

May 28, 2011

  • Sharon A. Thompson, 47, of the 9700 block of Captains Drive, Algonquin, was charged with DUI, DUI over, failure to signal and improper lane usage. She was arrested at Route 62 and North River Road. She was released after posting her Illinois driver’s license and $100, with a court date of July 13, in McHenry County.
  • Bradley D. Boro, 26, of the 500 block of Parkside Terrace, Crystal Lake, was charged with DUI, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, improper display of registration, one headlight and improper lane usage. He was arrested at Route 31 and Klasen Road. He was released after posting his Illinois driver’s license on a personal recognizance bond, with a court date of July 13, in McHenry County.

May 29, 2011

  • Daniel C. Collins, 29, of the 4600 block of Magnolia Lane, Lake in the Hills, was charged with failure to notify damage after striking an unattended vehicle. He was arrested and released after posting $150, with a court date of June 29, in McHenry County.
