5 Algonquin Businesses Facing Liquor Violation
A hearing is slated for this week before Algonquin Liquor Commission.
The Algonquin Liquor Commission will hold a liquor hearing Tuesday on violations levied against five businesses.
Liquor Commissioners will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26 at the Ganek Municipal Center, 2200 Harnish Drive.
The businesses facing violations are:
Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc.
412 South Randall Road
ITSA-Good Enterprises, Inc.
2749 West Algonquin Road
Thai Chilli & Sushi, Inc.
4077 West Algonquin Road
- Foley’s Pub
Kaylarose Enterprises, Inc.
3965-67 West Algonquin Road
H.B.J. Corporation
1130 South Main Street
Businesses will be able to plead not guilty and the hearing will be continued to another date. The commission will also hearing any aggravating or mitigating factors before imposing a penalty.
